Everything: The host is superb… Breakfast is the best we’ve had in our 20-day road trip in Albania… Location is great… Top value for money… we had a five-star delicious dinner at the guesthouse. Make sure you eat there…

The hotel and our room were stunning! The design is sleek, modern and luxurious. Every detail had been well thought out and the room and bathroom were so spacious. The service from the staff was amazing. Rudence helped us during our stay and made it a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great food and wine! When we visited a wine tasting of 3 small glasses and a Raki were included in the price (this came with some complementary cheese/meat/salad). A tour of the vineyard was also included but apparently this happens at 18:00 so we didn't make it. We had mixed mezze and roast chicken for dinner which all tasted superb. The breakfast was great and plentiful! The whole place is decked out in wood with nice carving details in the rooms and feels very luxurious. Staff were very helpful and we had a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Lorencs guesthouse. Lorenc himself is so warm and lovely to chat too and his guesthouse is actually is families home. I was saddened by some of the other reviews as when booking you need to remember he doesn’t advertise it as a 5 star hotel it’s more of a homestay. If you want an authentic stay I’d recommend. Our stay was great, really good value in an incredible part of town and the food he cooks is really lovely too.

The property looks amazing!!! You do get the 5 star luxury feeling!! The breakfast was very good and the location great!!

Ideally centrally located. Staff and management were outstandingly helpful throughout. Hotel beautifulll. Beds superb and linen luxurious. It was a great stay in every aspect.

It was centrally located in beautiful Berat, our room had a small balcony with a view over this marvellous city. Above all though was David, our host. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and so genuinely friendly, 5 stars for this young man

What a fantastic stay in Berat at Hotel Mangalemi- the room we stayed in was superb, the staff were both professional, friendly, super welcoming and informative, whilst the meal we had for dinner at the onsite restaurant was exceptional. It was also an excellent location with the fort literally just up the road! Whilst we only stayed for one night we wish it could have been more and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berat for a short or long stay. Five stars all the way!
