I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I must commend the exceptional service provided by the reception staff, Feyana and Esraa. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable. They efficiently handled check-in and check-out, answered all my questions, and even provided valuable local recommendations. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant experience left a lasting impression. I will definitely return to this hotel, largely thanks to Feyana and Esraa's outstanding service.
