Very much dissatisfied with checkin delay and room condition. Service is not up to 5 star rating. We felt like, we have been to 4 star hotel

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah exceeded our expectations of a 5 star resort. The villa was spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. What made the stay exceptional for us, were all the staff. From the person that greeted us on our arrival, to the front reception, the staff who drove the buggies, the activities staff (a special thanks to Martin) and the staff in the restaurants. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and all service were provided with beautiful smiles. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

What kind of 5 star hotel disrespectful staff.
