The location is great - walking distance to Granada mall and the metro station. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the area, right after the mall for example - lovely atmosphere

Free parking is available on site. The staff. Tala was very friendly and helpful, with excellent manner and attitude. She is one of the best receptionists I have ever met, well spoken and smiling. Sereen too was sympathetic and helpful. Omar called me to check up on me when I left.
