We were upgraded to rooms that were very spacious and overlooked an amazing view of the adjacent valley. The view and the room's decoration are really magnificent. The hotel owner was present most of the time and was also accessible via WhatsApp when we had a question, whether related to the stay at the hotel, or not. This was very helpful on a few occasions when we were touring outside of the hotel and needed help or advise. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and we will gladly come back.

- Absolutely luxurious hotel — from the moment we arrived, we were impressed multiple times. - Stunning views and amazing sunsets, with beautifully maintained gardens every morning. - The hotel is very clean, spacious, and elegant — true heritage and luxury feel. - Food options were plentiful and accommodating; my vegetarian friend had plenty of choices. - The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and attentive. - Multiple places to have a drink and several restaurants, with helpful maps to navigate the hotel. We also had some amazing cocktails in their restaurant. - Massage and bath facilities were exceptional — especially the bath area, where the staff asked for feedback and literally implemented our suggestions the next day, which was absolutely incredible. The herbal bath there is an absolute must-try. - The hotel is in a very central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the city center, making access very easy. - Staff were proactive and went the extra mile to make our stay perfect and relaxing.

The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.
