Great host, speaks English well, has to offer lots of activities, and can help organize a bus to other cities. They let me leave my stuff in the locker and shower after checkout. Great breakfast - reasonable price. Comfy beds. Beautiful view from the roof, I bet that from private rooms, the view is great as well. The best part is - a hot shower, when hot water doesn't run out and you don't need to rush.

Staff was very friendly. We had some confusion with booking (compleatly our fault) but they made their best to help us. Specially Mayu who welcomed us ar the reception- she helped us with anything we asked for! Rooms were clean, spacious. View was amazing.

The hotel had an amazing view to the mountains, a nice infinity pool and excellent food at the breakfast. The staff was all very friendly, the guest relations, KC made us feel like home and organised all the day trips for us. The staff at pool bar were also amazing specially Dang Viet who we asked to take a picture of us and he went the extra mile and showed us poses for the pictures and took amazing pictures of us, thanks to him we have lovely memories from our holiday. Definitely recommend this hotel, and will come back if I ever go back to Sapa.

I loved friendly, taking much care personnel at reception, in the restaurant, at the bar, very quick and efficient technician. The hotel is very spacious, full of light, breathtaking view from the lobby, bar and from the room. Highly recommend

Hands down to one of.the most memorable stay here. Despite mixing up the booking dates, the staffs are very kind to accommodate to our intended booking. Very lovely Samu villa with breathtaking views and good breakfast. Not to mention the staffa here really did a good job! Would really love to visit again
