The view of the room was stunning, probably one of the best features of the place. The room is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need for a getaway in Sapa. The staff were very helpful and put their best efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay, helping out with advise on what to do around Sapa, accommodating early luggage storage as well. Facilities wise, we tried up the heated indoors pool, which is very nice, especially after spending a full day in the cold wet weather outside.

This is probably the best place to stay in Sapa. The staff is professional, and attentive. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious, and so was everything else in the restaurant. As a matter of fact, this is where I had some of the best-tasting Vietnamese food. Then there's the pool offering the stunning view of the clouds below (on a sunny day). Looking forward to coming back.

I do not like to give 5 stars review and 10/10 as it seems to take away from the “quality” of the review. But man oh man… PLEASE treat yourself and visit Pao’s. It is truly amazing. The location, the views, the service, the personell. Outstanding! Also… the breakfast is a WIN! Dinner was also great.

Everything. Great view. Good price for a 5 star hotel. Huge room size. Best bathroom so far in Sapa. Sumptuous breakfast. Attentive staff. Distinguished facilities & hot steam indoor pool. Magnificent bar. Underrated new hotel. Near to Fansipan. Free transfer to Cable Car & Sapa town back & fro. Thang the bellboy was outstanding!
