The room is exotic. First of all the dinner in the restaurant tasted very good. The staff were kind and hospitality. On the last day the staff arranged the sightseeing in Ninh Binh and booked the limousine bus to Hanoi. She reminded the bus fare for me, who was not good in english. I appreciate it

The staff took such a good care of us, we didn't have to worry about anything. The traditional dance in their village was an authentic experience beyond expectations! The villa is clean, well located, quiet and super comfortable. They brought me a cake for my birthday too, super kind.

There was nothing we could fault with the property . We stayed in the deluxe room with a water view . The room was spacious, clean, very quiet and the bed was the best we have had to date . The weather turned quite cold whilst we were there otherwise we would have taken advantage of the two heated pools . We are hoping to return next year.

So serene!!! Favourite stay in our whole 3 weeks of Vietnam!! Wish we stayed longer... A wonderful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are new, elegantly designed, spacious, and clean. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious dishes - Special thanks to Viet for introducing us to so many authentic Vietnamese flavors! Viet also provided us with very useful information about local sights, and we were able to book tours easily with excellent quality. Arranging a private car transfer to the airport also went smoothly and exactly as planned. The massages are excellent and very reasonably priced. The pool is big. We liked everything! I truly wish we could have stayed longer..
