We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and we cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Ame and Sunny at the reception were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel went above and beyond to make our husbands' birthdays special by surprising us with delicious birthday cake – such a thoughtful gesture! The spa at this hotel was a true highlight. The treatments were relaxing, and the staff were skilled and attentive, especially Lisa and Tina. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of exploring the beautiful city of Hoi An. One of the most impressive aspects of this hotel is the incredible value for money it offers. The quality of service, amenities, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. What sets this place apart is their attention to detail. They were always there to assist with any request or question, making sure our stay was flawless. Staying at this hotel truly felt like a home away from home. We can't wait to return, and we wholeheartedly give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. I really enjoyed my time at the Hoi An Babylon Hotel ! Breakfast is included with the cost of the stay, as well as bicycles to make getting to downtown Hoi An easy (it’s about a 5-10 minute bike ride). The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast menu was the best I’ve had in Vietnam! So many options and so delicious! The staff were so kind and accommodating and did everything to make sure I had everything I needed. The pool is also very nice! Thank you, Hoi An Babylon Riverside Hotel for making my time in Hoi An memorable!

All the staff were warm and friendly and made our stay a wonderful experience. This lovely boutique hotel, which is larger inside than it appears from the narrow entrance, provides a cosy atmosphere. The well appointed connecting rooms suited our family of four. An excellent breakfast buffet was provided, with pleasant outdoor seating by the riverside. The complimentary foot massage in the soothing spa environment was a thoughtful inclusion, and the rooftop pool is very clean and pleasant. The cooking class in the hotel’s floating restaurant was a lovely, relaxed finish to our stay.

The breakfast was nice and had many options but I still would wish a coffee machine that is not a standard in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and it was cleaned twice. The gym was nice for the hotel standards though extra machines would be nice to see

My husband and I enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach , it had a lovely pool area . We hired scooters and drove into Da nang to see the Lady Budha statue. We also drove into the Hoi An river side to eat and enjoy the sites along the river. The staff were excellent and friendly Lily the front reception lady was so helpful and kind, arranging our transfer to the airport.

Everything. Check-in - Excellent. Inviting and efficient. Room - Excellent. Super comfortable, spacious, smelt wonderful. We also were given a free room upgrade. Loved our room. Housekeeping service the room every day and come back in the late afternoon to refill your water bottles, refresh your towels if needed, turn down the bed and close the curtains. Super comfortable beds. Facilities - beautiful surroundings that encourage a sense of relaxation. I especially enjoy the pool area and spa. There is also a gym with everything you need for a workout. Staff - 10/10. The staff are conscientious, friendly, helpful. They actually go out of their way to ensure your stay is what you want to make it. We extended our stay from 3 to 8 nights. Highly recommend choosing the Almanity. It is also a 5-10 minute walk into the old quarter. Close to amazing "Phi Banh Mi" and Vegetarian restaurant "Minh Kien". Literally a walk across the road and down a bustling back street 😀
