Definitely what we loved the most from this hotel was its people. Since day -10 (before we arrived) they were really attentive to whatever I asked them via Booking or even WhatsApp. Once we arrived they gave us the best recommendations for tours and things to do at the lovely city of Hoi An. We were on our honeymoon, so I requested some decorations for our room; they did a wonderful job it looked stunning.

I loved everything about this place! The staff was super kind, helpful and welcoming. They always support with a smile. Rooms were beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. The food is great quality and variety. The pool was also nice. They also give you the opportunity to use their towels at the beach for free and have a shuttle for the beach. The position is great as you can reach the old town in a few minutes walk (roughly 5 minutes). Lovely place, highly recommended!!!

Connected family room - very good option for our family with two kids. Not many hotels in this area could provide this. Just 2 minutes to the sea side. We used Silk Beach Club, which is available for the guests of the hotel. There are alot of nice small restaurants in the area. Small store and restaurant is just close to the entrance. Very good breakfast. The staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel in the quieter part of Hoi An. The staff were welcoming, helpful and informative - special thanks to Lin! The breakfast buffet had so many options, you could have something different every day. We also made use of both pools and the spa treatments which were in a really nice setting. It was also nice to have black out curtains in the room!
