Exceptional Hospitality – Kathy & Lilly Made My Stay! I recently returned to your hotel in Hoi An, and once again, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. My room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the river. I slept so well each night—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect after a day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty dishes to choose from every morning. The pool area was also a nice bonus—clean, quiet, and great for relaxing. The location is just right: close enough to walk or bike into the old town, but far enough to enjoy a break from the crowds. I absolutely loved my stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An. The hotel looks just like the pictures—modern, clean, and very well-kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond, including great tips for local spots. The breakfast is generous, the restaurant is excellent, and the location is perfect—peaceful yet close to Hoi An’s historic center and just steps from the beach. A real highlight was the spa. I had an amazing Vietnamese full-body massage and facial treatment from Jenny—she’s highly skilled, professional, and made the experience truly relaxing. I highly recommend booking a treatment with her! Overall, a fantastic hotel with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Everything about our stay here was just perfect. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We loved coming back after exploring the town. Also loved the food they serve here. Breakfast had many options for everyone and dinner was very delicious as well. The pool area is amazing and I can´t even find the right words to say how absolutely amazing are all the staff. It was my birthday during our stay here and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
