The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided helpful information about local recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. (Kim: receptionist, Tung: receptionist and Sales: Jasmin). The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed. My experience at Legend Hanoi was wonderful. The attention to detail, comfort, and level of service made it a memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a lady named Mila. She made our stay very special — you can tell she really enjoys her job. The restaurant is beautiful and they respond quickly to requests. The reception area is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the stay was very comfortable. Big recognition to Mila, She went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of.

Our stay at La Siesta Classic Hotel in Hanoi was truly delightful, offering a blend of convenience, comfort, and hospitality. First and foremost, the hotel's location near the center of the old quarter was a definite highlight. With just a short 7-minute stroll, we found ourselves at the lake, immersing ourselves in the charm of Hanoi's historic district. The breakfast experience was nothing short of perfect. The extensive variety of food offerings catered to every palate, ensuring a satisfying start to each day of our stay. The hotel staff was a shining example of warmth and helpfulness, always greeting us with smiles and going above and beyond to assist with any inquiries or requests. Our room was impeccably clean, providing a refreshing haven after a day of exploration. While the design of the furniture was aesthetically pleasing, we found the storage space slightly limited—a minor inconvenience in an otherwise comfortable environment. Speaking of comfort, the beds were ensuring a restful night's sleep throughout our stay. While the walls were not entirely soundproof, the occasional noise from neighbouring rooms was manageable and did not significantly detract from our overall experience. One area for improvement that we noticed was the lack of gliders on the chairs, which resulted in some noise when moving them. This minor issue, coupled with the audible sound of chairs from adjacent rooms. In conclusion, La Siesta Classic Hotel provided a memorable stay in Hanoi, characterised by its prime location, delectable breakfast spread, impeccable cleanliness and attentive staff. With a few minor adjustments, it has the potential to elevate the guest experience even further.

The Grand Hotel du Lac, Hanoi is exceptionally luxurious. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The ambiance is so very charming and everything is curated very well. We flew in to Hanoi from Hue and the hotel car picked us up, as arranged for by us, and brought us to the hotel. While we were checking in at the reception and the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Jack Wong, happened to come there and greeted us. As we got talking, he enquired about the length of our stay in the hotel and in Hanoi. We told him that we are there just for a night and proceeding to Halong Bay next morning. He promptly said “let me try and make your stay memorable” and went in. He was soon back and surprised us by upgrading us to a fabulous Terrace Suite 802 A. The suite enthralled us with its very French decor and very thoughtfully appointed amenities and facilities. That sure was an experience to remember life long. The hotel is in the very charming Old Quarter of Hanoi, very close to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. The Rooftop Ozone Bar in the hotel was very exciting too with excellent cocktails and impeccable service. The view of the nearby St. Joseph’s Cathedral lit up for Christmas was incredibly ethereal, more so after a few drinks. Dinner at Ding Dong restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel was also very delicious and flavourful as was the breakfast spread next morning. I must mention Mr. Brooklyn at the Reception and Ms. Sophia, the Customer Care Executive, were very helpful in making our stay very comfortable. Whenever next in Hanoi we are certainly going back to Grand du Lac. Our sincerest gratitude to Mr. Wong and his wonderful team for making our stay so memorable. Best wishes for the hotel’s flag to continue flying high.

My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.
