United StatesThis hotel was reserved for a couple celebrating their babymoon. During their stay, they commented on how friendly and professional the staff was. They enjoyed having breakfast on the ocean-view balcony. They did not rent a car in Maui, so the private shuttle service was ideal! They also enjoyed the pool and cabanas. They also enjoyed mocktails at The Birdcage Bar and a three-course dinner at The Restaurant on their last day on the island. Initially, they checked out of Hotel Wailea after three nights to stay in another hotel to explore the west side of the island, but they didn't like it and returned to Hotel Wailea for the rest of their time on the island.

The room was perfect! Housekeeping was superb. Location and room view were superb. The updated, remodeled crisp, clean and restoration hardware type style was perfect.
