The hotel is very well situated and in a very lively street. Close to a lot of shops and touristic places. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very reactive and friendly. Food is amazing. I was so satisfied to stay Cronton Design Hotel. My flight was delayed, but Murat and Melissa did the best accommodation for me. I am so moved by their hospitality. Room was so nice, the best location to see Bosphorus sea. And I had dinner at the restaurant in top floor. I enjoyed Turkish drink, food and nice hospitality by all staffs. I want to visit again this hotel. Again, thank you so much Melissa and Murat bey! See you again!

Such an amazing hotel and amazing team. I had to choose Melas based on the good feedback on booking.com, so I realised that all that I read was exactly the same. My experience was wonderful. I worked in hospitality for more than 7 years in the best hotels in London. Neal's Hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Starting from the porters to the management everyone is doing his best to make sure that you will feel at home. Big thanks to Mr. Arik and Mrs. Assu for taking care of me and my family and making my baby enjoy her first birthday. Husein and 56 are super helpful and smiley people. Aseya and Serifa at the lovely, tasty and various breakfast. Ugurcan and Burcin at reception with a smooth check-in and check out. And to all Melas family. Definitely, we will see you soon. Habiba is sending you a big thanks for the birthday cake.

It was a very comfortable stay overlooking a lush green landscape. The room had everything one might need. We had not added breakfast to our stay, but after seeing the variety, we decided to include it. There is an underpass from the hotel’s parking lot to Vadi Istanbul Mall, which is a great convenience for shopping. I would love to stay here again.
