We absolutely loved our stay at Zeppelin Cappadocia. The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.

I travel a lot, but this hotel surprised me. A very interesting and unique place for several reasons. There is such a concept - oriental hospitality. At the AJWA hotel you can feel what it means. To say that the staff is friendly is not the right word. I will not write about the "ordinary" staff, room service and so on - everything is as usual here - everything is very good. It is worth noting something else - individual attention to customers. Nice people surrounded us with sincere unobtrusive care during our entire stay. Among other things, they told us and showed us the entire territory and attractions of the hotel. By the way. Hotel is not the right word. It is more like an eco-system. It turned out that the entire territory occupies 9 hectares (do not worry-the rooms and restaurant are located nearby, but there are also electric cars for moving around the territory). There are many types of trees, bushes and herbs planted everywhere. All of this is fragrant and you can enjoy this aroma even by opening the window in your room. In addition to decorative plants, there are small but varied vegetable plantings - cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries, grapes - I don't remember everything. All of this bears fruit, is environmentally friendly, the fruits are edible and, as far as I understand, they are partly used in the local restaurant. By the way, about the restaurant. We had breakfast (buffet) and dinner (a-la-carte). Everything is quite good. Other interesting things: there is a stable; a chicken coop - yes, the chickens lay eggs and you can order them for cooking; mini zoo, mini aquarium, a ceramic workshop, a playground... All this, as you understand, is interesting for travelers with children. And yes - this is not a place for beach parties and discos. There is no music here, only coziness, silence, peace and relaxation. Which we were very satisfied with.

We had a fantastic stay at Seraphim Cave Suites. The room we had was just absolutely amazing with high end housekeeping (very clean). The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone at the hotel spoke very good English. The food in the restaurant and breakfast was very nice. The hamam with the additional indoor pool area was fantastic. Mustafapasa area is quiet and not far from all the amazing attractions in the Cappadocia region (either using rental car or taking taxi). Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. 5 star experience. Would definitively recommend the hotel. The rooms are even more beautful in real life than the pictures on the booking sites.

Fantastic hotel. It is located in a pittoresk town, a short driving distance from göreme and other towns. Loved the room. It was super specious, clean and well decorated. We had a shower/bath and additional a bubble bath, fresh fruit in the room, and nice toiletries. The breakfast was also very delicious. And the staff was very friendly. It was overall a very calm town and therefore a very silent hotel, which we were looking for. The restaurant was also very beautiful. We ate one of the best burgers in Turkey (heads up to the great chef of this hotel). We have been fully rested after our stay here. Would definitely recommended it for a short or longer stay in cappadocia.
