The staff is very nice, comfortable beds. We got a free of charge upgrade to a suite with sea view and jacuzzi, which was amazing. Food is tasty and with a good variety, mediterranean style.

We had a Triple room and it was beautiful . However there are works going on and we couldn't use the gym ...which is a bummer

The hotel was very clean and located a bit off the main streets but close enough to walk to the shops. The pool area was quite big and had plenty of chairs. There is also an indoor pool. The beach is very accessible (right down the stairs) and is kept very clean by the staff. The room I stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and a large balcony. It was also quite large with several chairs to relax. The staff was amazing. Everyone I spoke to, or needed assistance from, was pleasant and very accommodating. Lastly, I'd like to say a special thank you to Rym.She was at the main reception and was there for me every day to help me out and make my trip more enjoyable. I had an unfortunate instance with a double booked tour. Although it took Rym some time to resolve the issue, she took care of the whole thing without any issues. All in all a great stay!
