Everything! This is the best hotel in Samui for sure! the hotel itself is so nice and clean, the staff is phenomenal and the location is perfect for someone who wants to relax and have a peacfull vacation without noise. Food is fantastic, breakfast had various options and everything was delicious. They really did pay attention to every detail. Dont forget to check out their spa and the HARNN products which are divine😍 We are deffinitely gonna come back!

I had the most incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Koh Samui. The room was absolutely outstanding, spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The resort is beautifully run, with a truly impressive number of staff who are among the kindest, most genuinely helpful people I have ever encountered in a hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy, always with a smile and warmth that felt sincere and heartfelt. The concierge team was exceptional in helping organise all of my activities both in and outside the resort, I felt completely looked after from the moment I arrived. Honestly, I felt more cuddled than when I visit my own mom at home! The Thai restaurant was not only delicious but also stunning in its design. There are daily events across the different restaurants, and an abundance of activities to choose from, whether you’re looking to relax or explore. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I can’t wait to return.
