By far the best holiday experience we ever have had. Even before arriving we sensed the incredibly high service. We were contacted by the manager, who arranged our pickup from the ferry pier. Upon arrival, we were served chilled drinks and fruit, with a thorough presentation of the villa. The villa has an amazing view and is situated in a quite place but everything is easy accessible by car. We were able to walk to a nearby supermarket, the beach and a restaurant with Michelin mentions. The service is outstanding. Every morning we were met by Shun, ever smiling and professional, who would play with our baby while we enjoyed the lovely food. When we were finishing our breakfast, the manager Aeng, would stop by to coordinate with us, whether it was arranging things or simply give recommendations. All the housekeeping was tailored to fit nap times and the staff was super flexible and understanding. The chef must be a magician, and the in-house dinning, whether it was light starters or the full set menu, was prepared with excellence and beautifully arranged. Every single staff member, we met were incredibly kind and caring - the parking guard would always greed us and wish us good day or good night, the pool crew and technicians were outmost kind. We were asked about our baby’s troubled skin, and the manager recommended changing the chlorine levels of the pool, which then happened before we could spell swimming. The pool keeper measured the levels every day, and brought back all the swimming toys before we realized they were missing. Lightbulbs were changed in seconds almost before we even realized the light was missing. We tried to cancel our next stay at another hotel to stay another week, but unfortunately had to move on. We discussed whether we should kidnap Shun, because she was the star of our stay, but instead we would rather come back to the lovely place and the incredible people working there.

Santiburi Hotel is on top of my list from my recent holiday travels. It is absolutely exceptional, the atmosphere inside, the location, the food at the breakfast buffet. The property itself is outstanding, located at the sea, in one huge tropical park. Every inch of it is taken care of, the beauty of this place makes me smile every time I think of it. In the near you can find plenty of small restaurants, food markets and shops. I have to mention the SPA that is absolutely special. I have taken the whole package and was treated with several massages, all of them done in utmost professional way. All Therapists and Front Desk Ladies (inklusive the Interns) were not only well skilled, but very friendly. You could see that they love working there and that they are there for the Customers. I give this place highest rating.

An experience never to forget. The villa is beautiful and the view amazing. However- what makes the stay extraordinary is the nicest couple attending to your every need. Reynold and Nikki are the sweetest persons and they will help you with absolutely everything. Only thing is, that Booking.Com does not show the accurate location when booking, which means that you can’t walk to any restaurant or shop. You need to take a van/taxi every time at the cost of 600 thb each way. That being said- the view is just more amazing further up, so jut enjoy that.
