The hotel was a very pleasant experience for our family. As a family of 5, coming in after a long and exhausting flight, we were offered a room to relax in until our rooms were ready for check-in. The front desk and breakfast staff extremely helpful, as were the kids club staff. I highly recommend Gift from the spa, the treatments are exceptional.

The luxury that the Garrya offers is not the kind that screams at you with flashy pomp, but rather subtle, warmly and with lots of care for the detail. It’s fantastically located in a forrest apart from the more busy main beach, and then our villa was even further hidden in the jungle - a true gem. The breakfast buffet is large and of very high quality. Same goes for the dinner. The most outstanding is the staff; super friendly and warmly welcoming. We would come back anytime.

Amazing hotel, the staff were exceptional. The rooms were beautiful- the private pool was the highlight. Breakfast was delicious you could choose from both the al a carte menu as well as the breakfast buffet. The hotel had incredible service- refreshing towels and necessary amenities twice a day. Truly a 5 start hotel

Excellent location with private beach. Excellent customer service. However for a five star hotel the bathroom was not up to standard. Main issue I have is the hotel is a 30 minute taxi ride to town. Prices in the hotel restaurants are 30% more expensive than in the town centre restaurants or other 5 star hotels I stayed in over a 6 week tour of south east Asia. Quality of the food is ok but not five star quality and not worth the 30% premium. Breakfast is excellent though.
