The staff was very welcoming, the facility was very beautiful and clean and tidy. The hotel had everything we needed for a stay with family and children. The food was very yummy. Morning breakfast buffet had too many options and choices. The pool was so clean. It was waking distance from the beach and close to all the places we planned to visit.

The location was amazing, so close to Patong and Karon beaches. It’s location hust in the middle and taxis dont cost much. The view was more than amazing, it felt great to sleep and wake up to this scene. Only negative thing about the room is that the balcony door doesnt provide any isolation. All the wind and noise of the ocean and storms were inside our room. Maybe they can change that. Besides that we are so happy that we spend our vacation there!

The location was amazing, so close to Patong and Karon beaches. It’s location hust in the middle and taxis dont cost much. Everything was superb. The penthouse with the plunge pool was huge and clean, the resort location was bang opposite the beach and the resort was like a rainforest. Exceptionally clean property and the staff were really kind and welcoming.

The room was nice and comfortable but I don’t think it’s like worth 5 star money? It’s a nice hotel but not a 5 star standard. Slightly run down I would put at 4 star highest and don’t think it should be the price they are charging . There are nicer properties for the price .

everything! stunning resort, it deserves all 5 stars room and the facilities are very clean and well maintained 5 beautiful pools surrounded by greens and palms, plus - happy hours at the bars from 4-6 pm one of the best hotel breakfasts we‘ve ever had: great variety of vegan, European, Asian options helpful and super friendly staff lunch and dinner at the Chomtalay were absolutely delicious
