Sandra! I can't really believe she is at her 5th day at the property. Excellent guest relation skills and attitude. I hope she will have the same energy and thoughtfulness until the point she leaves the hotel for good one day, and continue growing and leading. Initially the stay was challenging since some of the staffs attitude wasn't acceptable and swimming pool wasn't working. But Sandra and her colleague (Might be a Chinese national) was very helpful and made the stay convenient. Both of them were treating each guest equally, and that made the difference. Ehab was very accommodative and thoughtful, a smart restaurant manager, food and the restaurant was great. Breakfast in the daylight is a great thing they are offering. The bar got spectacular views and the bartender was nice.(its a dry hotel). I might come again atleast to say hi to Sandra when I'm in Lusail because she was the distance between a 2 star rating and 10 star which I made now, even though I was not happy about pool and initial check in experience.

The hotel is so new and fully furnished. I didn't expect it the same as how it shows on the internet until I arrived, everything's on the point. The people there are so friendly, hospitality and very efficiency for all our needs. I enjoyed staying there for 8 nights. It's a bit far from the city center but it does not matter me to much since Uber is very convenient.

Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude. We thank the entire team and congratulate the management—this was an unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return.
