It really exceed our expectations because the price was really attractive so we decided to test for the first time a 5 star hotel. The view was stunning because we can see the different castles all the time, the two outdoor swimming pool were really beautiful to just stare at. The indoor pool and SPA were amazing, the staff were really nice. Really everything was perfect and the property was so huge ! I recommend to everyone this hotel

The entire stay was a truly amazing experience. You feel as if you are staying in an ancient castle with the unique atmosphere of the 17th century, yet everything is perfectly combined with modern technology. We traveled with friends and children, and the accommodation was perfect for all generations. In the evenings, the children enjoyed playing games on the screen and watching Netflix, while we adults had the opportunity to play billiards in another room, relax, and truly unwind. Everyone found something they enjoyed. The location is also ideal for exploring Sintra and its landmarks. There is a bus stop right in front of the house with direct connections to Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. It was a stay we will remember for a long time, and we will definitely return. We can warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

The man at reception was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and professional. One step ahead of us, as guests. Fantastic gym. One of the best hotel gyms, especially for the small number of guests. The breakfast was also outstanding. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

Spacious and VERY comfortable room with sea view terrace,everything you could wish for. Lovely hotel,great staff. Nice people. Excellent breakfasts, good terrace bar with food,and an Italian restaurant Belvedere of exceptional quality that should be marketed more widely to visitors to Cascais, not just hotel guests. Spa is a nice extra touch.

Artsy Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel where the attention to details was impeccable: the valet parking service, the complimentary evening room service, the personalised book sign I received because I had a book on the bedside table, very helpful staff that helped us organise everything we wanted, very tasty breakfast, extremely comfortable bed (we couldn't wait to come back to the room in the evening!) and unbeatable location, all this details make us dream of coming back on day.

View from the room was exceptional, the staff was friendly and helpful as we needed help navigating the city. We needed a doctor for a sick child and they found a concierge doctor and helped us book him. Everyone was friendly to the kids and the food was great.
