An elegant property very close to the old city. Our room was spacious and beautiful. The whole staff was wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic; a huge buffet spread of everything imaginable, and on top of that, a la carte main courses on offer as well. The Palacio had some many nice touches and 'spaces', including the large garden and pool, the bar area out front, the back patio etc. So glad we chose to spend a few nights here.

I loved the pousada! The facility is fantastic and a joy to walk around, both the grounds and the building. The staff was so helpful and welcoming, from the front desk to the dining room. I felt welcomed and cared for. I would absolutely stay here again and will tell anyone I know traveling in Portugal to stay here!
