I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout my visit. The structure itself is fantastic – clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Firstly, customer service is great. Hotel staff responded and attended to my requests and needs promptly, and in a courteous way. Hotel staff are to be commended for the service they perform. Kudos to them. Secondly. the room size is ok with comfortable bed and comes with a kettle and bar fridge. Bathroom is with a bath and toilet seat comes with bidet which is really great. Thirdly, the location of the hotel is near the Festival Mall as it takes only ten minutes to walk. Lastly, I like that the gym is open from 6 am and until 10pm. Overall, I had a great and pleasant stay.

The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.
