Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.

Although the amenities and facilities of the hotel were excellent, what really stood out was the quality of service they offered for the guests. They offer a complimentary foot wash (with light scrub) upon arrival but could also be requested at another time if you wish. My partner and I were celebrating our 5th year anniversary and there was an anniversary cake waiting for us at the room when we arrived. The room was huge with a private jacuzzi at the second floor terrace. There was also some free sweet/dessert treats every evening delivered to our room. It was my partner's first visit to the Philippines and Boracay and he was very impressed. Thanks to the team!

Amazing resort, beautiful gardens , with private access to two incredibly beautiful swim friendly beaches.Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms.Polite and very professional stuff. Junee ,in guest relations ,is the concierge that every 5 star hotel would wish for. Junee fulfilled our request in the most professional way.Beautiful breakfast area and terrace with sea view, excellent iced coffee, immense breakfast variety.We tried two restaurants and food was excellent so were coctails. The hotel is honestly amazing. Well located, staff always with a smile and helpful when we needed. The staff and constantly takibg care of the facilities, cleaning windows, trimming bushes, etc etc. you won’t be disappointed!
