From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. It was an amazing stay at this hotel. Right from the entrance one gets the feeling of grandeur. The design and also the rooms are quite impressive. We have especially to mention that the personnel was highly professional and very very kind and friendly, especially the restaurant personnel, Sonia especially kind and human. We felt like home actually. The breakfasts and dinners were quite diverse and tasty. We were lucky to celebrate New Year’s Eve and the party with Beirut vibes was extraordinary, the music and the atmosphere with the lights and the vibe were really unique. The location is really good, just 6 min from the airport and with the car in just 20 min from the city center. All in all we highly recommend it to everyone who stays in Muscat.
