10/10 stay. really new hotel, friendly staff, super super clean and all areas smelled really great! On top of that valet service with no delays and a super rooftop swimming pool + jacuzzi.

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they found us a room anyway even if we have to wait one hour for that. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is great (we tried the Peridot buffet and the bar on the beach). The beach is awsome and very quite. The beds comfortable. The room was awsome and big and they have an espresso machine (with Illy coffee! Very appreciated from us italian people!).

Absolutely enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave!! The pool was amazing and the staff were all so attentive and service was amazing by everyone I interacted with The hotel room was gorgeous and there was direct access to the beach Also taxi drivers only accept cash and I didn't have much cash on me but hotel was able to organise cash for taxi and charge to my room which was so useful

The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff were very helpful and always went above and beyond. We got an upgrade for my birthday to a pool access room which was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you need. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was amazing they had lots of options and you can order your eggs. The gym was good and had everything you need.

The entire hotel is built around servicing its clients. The customer service is outstanding, from the airport pick up, through the concierge, the housekeeping staff and all the team. The facilities themselves are outstanding, and we had an amazing guide to take us to the desert and the Wadis. A truly excellent hotel on every level.
