Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay so much I didn't want to leave!! The pool was amazing and the staff were all so attentive and service was amazing by everyone I interacted with The hotel room was gorgeous and there was direct access to the beach Also taxi drivers only accept cash and I didn't have much cash on me but hotel was able to organise cash for taxi and charge to my room which was so useful

A very good place, worth the money. The room is very spacious and clean, all appliances are working. All our requests were fulfilled as quickly as possible: they brought us dishwasher tablets, washing powder, salt and even foil for cooking. The staff was always friendly and helpful. There is a beautiful rooftop pool, and a pleasant massage is provided at the spa. We will remember this hotel with pleasure.

Stay was excellent and the Room rate with the Dinner was so satisfactory I allready recommended few my friends. Mosaic Restaurants all staffs are ever smiling and too supportive I will give them 100 marks and the cleanliness was too good. And beautiful views

The front desk staff Ibrahim and Saleh were really good. The breakfast staff were incredible. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning and tidying our room. Ottaman, the bellman, picked up our bags and negoatited a great taxi fare for us to the airport Overall, Sheraton Oman was a great choice.
