The best spot we have stayed in New Zealand! Rob and Karen could not have been kinder and more welcoming. The facilities including the hot tub were luxurious and beyond what we expected. Breakfast was delicious. The property is central to everything in Taupo. Make your reservation now! We could not recommend more highly.

The Lodge is absolutely lovely, incredibly comfortable beds, spacious rooms, wonderful ensuite wiht bath tub that has views, grounds are beautiful. the entire team is freindly, helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. It's an elegant and refined choice with a personal touch thats not found in large hotels. The breakfast was perfect, fresh, quality, beautifully cooked, stunningly presented and the coffee is also great. The location is lovely, quiet, relaxing and picture perfect.

The location was 10 minute drive from the centre of Taupo, breakfast was excellent. Angie and Garth were incredibly friendly giving us help with places to eat and all around the local area. Despite the cold weather in New Zealand for summer we had a fire in the lodge to keep us warm.

Very clean, great facilities. Pools are wonderful.

Cascades Lakefront Motel is located on the edge of Lake Taupo and has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Free WiFi and cable TV are included. There is plenty of free parking for trailers and boats.

Very attentive check-in. Walked us to our room and gave us the insites. Good food recommendations and grocery store nearby. Lovely facility. Very clean and centrally located. Laundry available at a cost. Thank you for everything.

Staff were really helpful especially as I had to return after check out to retrieve something left behind. The property was spacious and clean.
