All staffs are friendly and there to provide any little helps. Check-in and welcome ceremony were impressive. Swimming pool is good size and in a good location, plenty of sitting area in the garden and bar. Also, thanks for fruits basket and cookies. Transport arrangement was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and not expensive.

The breakfast and dinner was exceptional! The pool lies perfectly on the rooftop terrace. We got a room upgrade which was amazing! The personnel from all the different sections was extremely friendly! The 5 stars are well deserved!

This place feels just like home :) It has a pleasant charming ambience, quiet, clean, very well maintained, beautiful in all details. My room was a palace and not a room, lovely and with everything you might need, bed was so comfortable! Also food is super good (try momos), both the buffet breakfast and the restaurants à la carte, the location is a bit far from the busy Thamel/Durbar square area, but easy to reach by motorbike/taxi and very quiet and silent. The staff are though the very gem, so kind, always smiling, and in particular Mr Uddav who helped me plan my next steps, accommodated any request, arranged late check-out and in no time introduced me to wonderful guides in both Kathmandu and Chitwan - which made my travels amazing. Thank you so much and see you next time for sure!

The hotel is highly recommended every corner is special in terms of decoration and elegance it's typical Nepalese culture.You can take nice photoshoot there if you are photo lover like me lool..It feels you are in a special place and it goes back to old time or vintage time . Location in quiet area ,staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and coffee was super.Room is comfortable and tidy bed comfortable. No regrets it's worth it.You have to experience this unique place.
