The room was great, the facilities were also amazing (pool, sauna, and a gym!). We loved the style of the hotel. The staff was also very helpful. And finally: the breakfast was way worth it! (Eggs fried à la minute!)

I appreciate for provide amazing service. I would like to commend the employee who accommodated me. She proved herself to be a true professional, and I received a very warm welcome. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and was unable to try the spa services and swimming pool. But I am sure I will return and take advantage of these services.

Our UK phone network provider is 02 although we had roaming it stopped working when we entered Europe. In my view 02 is the worst service provider ever. We had to purchase local SIM cards to call 02 Network support over 3 days but roaming still did not work. This was our first visit to the Hague and I was at the International Criminal Court. Wendy was amazing and exceptional. Wendy provided us with all the travel information. We had the whole building to ourselves. The view from the bedroom overlooking the river was exceptional. The place was easily accessible. 15 min walking distance to the centre of town. The shower was amazing and she had ayurvedic shampoo :-)
