Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The location, and the hospitality. The staff were extremely well mannered and helpful, always at the ready with info and smiles. Malik in particular was very welcoming, gracious and informative, thanks to him we were alerted to the possible upgrade that made our trip SO MUCH BETTER. Morning breakfast choices were extensive, all kinds of variety and freshly made on the spot. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again for our annual trips DESPITE the cons we experienced (listed below).
