The way we were treated was great. My wife discovered recently that she needs to eat gluten-free. We informed the stuff, at breakfast, the first morning. Five people gathered around my wife, they asked her questions, then, every morning they prepared something specially and only for her. we were very impressed. The pool and the area around it are great, breakfast is amazing. We strongly reccomend.

Everything was to our satisfaction. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Room 1720 is very good with a very big bathroom. It's definitely worth another visit/stay when we are in Melaka. Parking garage more than enough space and free.

Breakfast is very good, I really enjoy the noodle options. There are wide range of options from Malaysian traditional food, Western food and Chinese breakfast. Using the voucher I had best tomyum soup, mushroom soup and satay at the restaurant for dinner. Room is well-designed, comfy. The location is so nice, close to all places.
