All the staff were kind, efficient and attentive. The room was as promised, large, clean, good air con, comfortable beds and, most importantly, a wonderful sea view. Plentiful daily fresh drinking water was provided in washable, refillable glass bottles, no plastic waste which is excellent. The soundproofing was good so the room was quiet. The swimming pool was a great bonus, we could swim and relax around the pool and just enjoy our luxury break after our Sabah jungle tour. Excellent all round.

Everything! From the fantastic and super polite staff to the perfect location and the superb breakfast me, my husband and my 11 year old daughter had a fantastic time. The cherry on the cake was when staff offered complimentary water and ice-cream to those at the swimming pool. Just a lovely touch. Thank you!
