excellent accomodation and services !!!! all great!!! We enjoyed much! We suggest a trip to close island.. 45 MYR for return trip to one island, 55 MYR for two.. Islands has lot of corals and beaches and calm environment.

Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

Room is spacious and clean. Rooftop swimming pool is nice. The fragrance from the hotel smells so good. Staff is super helpful. I lost my phone cable and shops were closed already. I had an early tour next day. The staff from the reception was so nice and helped me to charge my phone. So I could be able to contact the guide in the next day.

Property was close to what I was after. Very clean and staff were very helpful. The restaurant on the ground floor was amazing and highly recommended either the buffet or ordered meals either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We stayed in the ocean wing and from start to finish was an amazing experience. We like the whiter reception area and pool and breakfast here too. The family room was great the kids loved the bunk beds and the outdoor bath tub! The setting was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The spa treatments snd golf were also amazing. Sadly the weather was too raining thunderstorm for our booked night jungle walk and horse riding but that can’t be helped! Overall a fantastic place to stay for a luxury getaway.

We were very happy about the fact that we had a beach. The usage of the other hotels within this resort was allowed - that was amazing! Great gym and the rooms were pretty big. Excellent!

such an amazing property and amazing staff - particularly Gloria at Coco Joe’s - she was incredible! my friend and I joked that this is the perfect romantic holiday. honestly everything about this place is incredible if you are seeking to put your phone down, catch up with a loved one, family or friends, and chill out. we climbed Mount Kinabalu in the middle of our stay and the hotel kindly looked after our baggage for us free of charge.
