The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. Everything was perfect! Starting with the staff who was super friendly (Jaqueline in the reception, Hector and his friends in the bar, Dani and his friend who helped us finding the bus, and all the others of course). All the food was amazing, Starbucks and bars. We loved the activities with Brenda and Maria. The room and bathroom was really nice. We loved the facilities outside. We loved everything. We are dreaming back to this place a lot, and we will definitely come back one day! The best hotel I’ve been to. Thank you!
