Reception staff very friendly and helpful, you can ask them to help to arrange taxi or tours. The room has bathrobes, slippers, shower products. Air conditioning is available in both rooms. The sofa in the living room is very easy to convert into a bed. I really liked the bathroom, it's equipped very well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a cooler with drinking water at the reception. The location is very close the coast line and is very quiet.

Fantastic location, just 1.5 km far away from Kotor city center with a wonderful view of Kotor from the panoramic terrace in the apartment. Great swimming pool in front to the bar and restaurant, yes you can drink or eat as well if you want. Owner was fantastic, he offered a welcome drink and gave us all the information to move around.

+++ Best stay during our trip to the West Balkans Being 5 km away from the old town wasn't an issue at all, as taxis and the Blueline bus were both reliable and convenient. In fact, staying a bit further from the crowds and off the beaten path could be an even better option during peak season. Beta Apartments met all our expectations and needs. The room and kitchen offered stunning views of the bay, sure to impress anyone. The space was cozy, well-equipped, and ideally located for visiting the Blue Cave by private boat during the operating season. The staff went above and beyond by helping us check with a local agency, but due to the changebale weather in winter time, we didn't have the chance to go on a boat tour. Instead, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast, took a peaceful walk around the neighborhood, and left for Dubrovnik with wonderful memories of Kotor.

We had a wonderful family vacation at StOliva Residence! The property is well maintained and cleaned daily, with stunning views and a pool that we all enjoyed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and having a dedicated parking space was a big plus. Marko was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The property is mid way between Kotor and Tivat, so travelling to both places is convenient. Highly recommended
