The decor, the lovely lampshades, the comfortable bed. The whole hotel was very elegant. Omar (concierge) was a particularly helpful and informative individual. We believe he will do very well in his career, and has great potential.

Perfect location, helpful and polite stuff, nice restaurant and bar at the lobby. Breakfast was very impressive and well maintain by its stuff. We came to a business event for our Portuguese Business and Visa Immigration office, Prisco Business Group and we had a great timing meeting our clients at the Hotel meeting room. We also have used the Bar for fresh juices and it was very good experience for our clients visiting the hotel.

The hotel is new renovated so everything was clean and well designed. We got a very nice spacious room with a side sea view. The quality of the hotel facilities is great and the location on the central city beach is amazing. A lot of shops and restaurants literally few steps away, Ibn Battouta shopping mall is nearby and old town 15 minutes by walk. One thing took me by surprise and that was the customer service. I would like to specifically highlight two staff members here: Mr. Abdellah, a reservation manager for his warm welcome and professional approach upon arrival. We got very nice rooms from him and he was extremely helpful with introducing the hotel services to us. First I was actually thinking that I’m talking to the head manager of the hotel. Mr. Rabie, a room service staff member for his excellent communication skills with the guests. He’s paying attention to details and I strongly believe that this deserves a recognition and more responsible work position in the future. To you all at Barcelo Tangier: thank you and see you again.
