The place is a gem in the old city of Fez. Everyone in the team was exceptionally kind and helpful and understanding. Everything is brand new and impeccably clean. I travelled during Ramadan and the iftars and dinners were delicious (it safe to say that the meals were actually the best I have tried in Fez)... I would come back just to show this beautifully restored place to my family!

Moufid was an exceptional host, and came to meet us to take us to the Riad. The Riad looks exactly as described. It's spotlessly clean, feels luxurious and grand. We arrived a little late and didn't want a big dinner. Moufid prepared a light dinner for us which was perfect. He took time to explain things to us, offered us tea when we arrived, gave us tips about the Medina and was on hand to answer any questions we had while out and about. Everything about our stay was amazing. Moufid even upgraded our room which was really kind. We were tired so spent our night just relaxing and the riad was quiet, even through the night we weren't disturbed by noise. We are vegan and Moufid was very caring and attentive to that, which was appreciated. We had a driver to take care of us, so we didn't walk around too much on our own, so I can't comment much on location and accessibility. We would definitely stay here again!

My Wife and I have visited several Riads in Fes as I am Moroccan and she is American and she loves to explore the many Riads in the city. This was one of the most beautiful Riads we have visited in Fes. There are lots of beautiful details from the floor to the ceiling that does not disappoint. We really enjoyed the Chicken that we had for dinner! They even gave my wife a welcome bracelet as a gift which I found very kind and welcomed us to the Riad with delicious Moroccan Tea. Our room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the Bathroom in our room was large and clean.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. All of the staff including Youserà and Jihane are super accommodating and friendly, they surprised us with a birthday cake for the birthday for the birthday of one of our party. The service was exceptional, as well as the breakfast and dinner are truly amazing. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully decorated and it has a great view of the city.
