Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. It was Great, super! 👍😍 nice and calm place surround by a lac and forest, the swimming pool just amazing when cold outside! Big room, nice breakfast buffet! I will definitely come back there!

Room spacious and fresh. Nice games area in the pub to play darts and pool as well as karaoke and indoor golf. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They gave us lots of recommendation of restaurants and places to visit. Breafkfast had lost of options for asian or continental breakfast.
