The whole building is incredibly beautiful, the staff treated us so well, from taking care of our luggage to answering our questions, giving recommendations to what we should see and visit and helping us getting a taxi. You are really treated like a star here, the hotel has everything you can imagine from spa to indoor and outdoor pools, arcade games, clothing stores, Seven Eleven supermarket inside of the hotel, casino and many restaurants, you can really have everything without having to leave this place. The room service was incredible, reasonable prices and very delicious food, again, the staff is super nice and friendly. We will definitely come back, because we’ve fallen in love with this beautiful island!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Amber Pure Hill Hotels & Resorts Jeju. In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
