We loved everything about the stay - from the welcoming and helpful staff to the gorgeous room and complimentary drinks! Valet parking service was super handy, and the location is great if you want to be in the centre of Naha! Our room was huge, tidy and very comfortable. I will gladly stay at this hotel again :)

The best experience I had during my Japan trip. The staff was beyond incredible, the swimming pool was great, the rooms were spacy and very comfortable... Not to mention that we could choose between breakfast and lunch everyday, which were both delicious! The cherry on top was that we could go FOR FREE to the Busena Terrace, south west of Nago, with a bus departing from Naha Terrace. We had access for the whole day to their swimming pool, private beach and other services... It was the best day we had in Okinawa. If you can afford it, this hotel is amazing!!

The parking system was a little confusing since we just wanted to check in and return our rented car. However, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful in this regard. We were allowed to park for about an hour free of charge, which gave us enough time to get the car back and return it after checking in. The rooms were very nice and clean, and breakfast could be booked in advance, as there are two breakfast rooms on separate floors. The breakfast itself offered a wide variety of excellent food. All the staff were very welcoming.

The hotel stay was perfect. My friend and I were watching the basketball World Cup and stayed 12 nights in this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were cleaned, and the sheets and towels were changed every day. We bought breakfast separately on the mornings we wanted it, it was great. The air conditioning in the room worked really well, the curtains made the room completely dark and all the normal services worked. The hotel has a good swimming pool, 7Eleven shop, cash machine, currency exchange machine, sky bar, breakfast, lunch and dinner available. The location of the hotel is perfect in Naha. Walking to the "main street" max. 10 min, excellent local restaurants next to the hotel, 10 min walk to the bus station and monorail stations. There are also parking spaces. I recommend the hotel.

Fantastic location, right next to Kokusai Dori, all shops and restaurants were easy to get to by foot. The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the toiletries were excellent.

Loved how big the room was. The bathroom was the biggest I've seen in Japan lol. Location was good, within 10 minutes walk to the main street. There was no reception but CS was very responsive online.
