Outstanding in every way. Stylish quality, relaxing ambience and a wonderful room with absolutely fantastic views. Above all was the truly unbelievably good service / staff (at reception and in the restaurant and breakfast room). Delicious breakfast. But apart from the service what surprised me most was the tranquility. It was probably the most peaceful and calming hotel I have ever been in (and I have stayed at literally hundreds of food hotels)- not a disturbing sound to be heard anywhere, ever, despite many guests. Would absolutely recommend it.

The staff are very great communication . I sent mail order to hotel . The straff service as professional. The bathroom is large and bright. Hi light I love breakfast here. The have various food. The has beef steak unlimited. So yummy.

The breakfast was incredible! We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable. The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were impressed by everything: very friendly staff, big, clean room with a great view and big bathroom, location of the hotel and a big bonus: a very well equipped Techno gym. Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and a great location overlooking Inuyama Castle. The room had everything we needed and felt modern yet comfortable. Breakfast was incredible - they offered a delicious fully vegan set option which is more than I have seen at any hotel in Japan. The onsen was also very spacious and relaxing. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
