Everything was simply perfect. The room, including the bathroom were so big and absolutely beautiful. Service was extraordinary, especially when we checked in. Loved the shuttle bus to Kanazawa station that they offered. Very helpful.

The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The attention to detail by housekeeping was unbelievable. They replaced amenities, added Nespresso pods, tea, slippers, pajamas and towels. Brand new, stylish Japanese style accommodation with lots of attention to small design details. Spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed was a treat. The staff is super friendly and happy to assist. The location is very central and within walking distance to any of the sights and restaurants in Kanazawa incl. the train station. There's a real supermarket close by as is the Omicho market.

The staff gave the most unbelievable welcome and warm hospitality throughout our stay. The property is stunningly beautiful - the garden with its pond and carp (which you can feed if you’re in the right room!), the outdoor onsen with a stunning view of the waterfall and the interiors were stunning. The food at dinner time was so memorable and beautifully presented. The lounge area with a plentiful supply of drinks and snacks was a lovely touch of class. We also were upgraded to a room with a private bath and a balcony overlooking the garden and pond.

I stayed at the Tokyu hotel for four nights, in one of the larger rooms. It was absolutely worth the cost, as everything was faultless. What made the hotel extra special were the staff members. All the people I spoke to were helpful, friendly and professional - in particular, the young woman at reception who took the time to discuss my need for a quiet room.
