Everything was perfect. We were given an upgrade on arrival and stayed in a luxurious suite. Five star treatment beginning with a great breakfast buffet that contains everything you wish for. The staff is very welcoming, always helpful and everyone has a genuine friendliness. Indoor pool very large (20 m) and spotless as well as the fitness centre. Great stay. Mille Grazie 😊

Everything about our room was fabulous. Good sized, great bed, wonderful large bathroom, a lot of natural light, good lighting at night. We had a full view of the sea and the coming and going of the people walking the boardwalk. We had a tiny balcony that I loved using. The hotel is super clean and has an old world charm with everything feeling light and luminous. The terrace on top of the hotel has a perfect vue - any aperitivo there is lovely. The location was perfect - away from the fray and yet all you had to do to get in the action is take a left turn and life changed into beautiful charming shops and very busy restaurants. Breakfast was included and they had a very nice variety with the choice of eggs your way and pancakes. The advantage to this hotel is that you can drop off your luggage at the hotel door and park or valet your car. We chose to park 10 walking minutes away.

We had booked a classical room but were upgraded to a two-level rather big room. This hotel is a proper five-star hotel. Everything is up to the standard you expect at five stars. The location is perfect. The valet parking works fine. They serve you a nice welcome drink at breakfast, which is very good. We ordered breakfast in the room the first morning and loved it.

Offering a rooftop terrace and glass elevator with sea views, the Grand Hotel is next to the main harbour and a 5-minute walk from the Aretusa Fountain.
