We were welcomed perfectly from the first minute by Daniel, at reception, who gave us a wonderful upgrade. Our room had a wonderful view of the Duomo of Firenze. We will always remember our stay at Hotel La Gemma.

We visited Florence as a city trip with my two sons (13 & 15). The staff was very nice and welcoming. They gave us good tips about places to visit. The room was absolutely beautiful. Beds perfect. Airconditioning works well :). Breakfast was very good and complete. Location very easy next to the Ponte Vecchio so all the main sights are within walking distance. Bathroom is closed off from the room and has a lock on it - you never know these days).

Oh wow, the garden is fabulous. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world defintely. The lobby and the bar are georgeus.

Very central location and not too far from the main train station. Excellent facilities in the room, very comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was very good.
