Everything!. The reception staff were really friendly and helpfull Lucas at check in was very informative and showed us around the hotel. Giulia at check out was very helpful and sorted an issue with the bill. The breakfast was excellent and staff were great. The location of the hotel is central. There is a underground parking. The facilities are great and open 24hrs. The place is just perfect!

-Everything was simply beyond our expectations. 11/10. -The staff can be one of the most polite and attentive. Everyone was kind, sweet and helpful. -We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner, when served buffet, is usually average as per our past experience. Large and stylish restaurant, where we had a designated table. No crowds, no queues, no loud music or loud people. We had by far the best mushroom risotto we have ever had. The breakfast also deserves an individual review. The food in general was exceptional. -The room was beautiful, fresh smelling, nice little terrace, stylish and luxurious. -The facilities were clean, nice, and you have several options like few different saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool.

I stayed 3 hotels in similar price for this holiday in the Dolomites. Of all of them, Cyprianerhof was the only one where everything was perfect. As soon as you arrive, you are 100% in the Alps. The overwhelming view, staff in traditional clothing, fantastic local food, cozy interior... This is much more precious and valuable than the common modern chic style. With all of this, you can feel the 'genuine' experience that you can't have anywhere else. Above all, we were so lucky to be able to attend amazing concert. It was a surprisingly high-quality performance. Once again, thanks to both musicians for giving us an unforgettable moment. If you are considering other similar places, this is the right answer. We will definitely be back in the winter!

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.
