The service was excellent in all departments, but we would single-out the front of house team and Carmen Pinto as being particularly attentive and helpful - they really exemplify the courtesy and the kindness that we experienced in Naples. The lay-out and decoration of the room was excellent. The buffet breakfast was both extensive and great quality. Great views of the port and bay of Naples.
