I can confirm the other positive comments. Kind staff, peaceful surroundings and convenient (there is a supermarket nearby), and a beautiful view to the city 💕 The rooms were well equiped and clean. The building itself is gorgeous, too, we very much enjoyed staying here.

The staff absolutely exceeded our expectations. I informed the hotel that it was my husband's birthday and they gave us a free upgrade of the room + tray/platter of fruits sent to the room with 2 heart-shaped balloons and a happy birthday card. It was such a sweet gesture from the staff & hotel. It made our stay even more wonderful and made us not only fall in love with the city of Naples, but also with the people of Naples! Love, love, love! The 2 girls at the reception were lovely and organised most of those (apologies, I cannot recall the names, but I believe it was Amelia and Anna). The guy who took us to our room was just brilliant, a genuinely nice person. He took the time out to explain to us how to get the metro, which app to download and where to get off to get to the main city of Naples. He even came back to give us a map with train lines, which was super helpful. He went above and beyond; I wish I could recall his name (it has now been nearly a month since we have been there, so my memory with names is falling a bit :( The room was gorgeous (jacuzzi in the bedroom which we took full advantage of every single day after a long day out in Naples). The bed was very comfy. The spa was gorgeous (we had 1 hour free everyday and we went everyday); it was never crowded, most of the time it was just the two of us and occasionally 1 more person.

Everything was perfect. Italia is a superb, welcoming host and gentle, kind person. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and safe and secure.

The hotel has magnificent views of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius and CaprI It is so relaxing and quite Great to come back to after sightseeing during the day Room was excellent. The staff were friendly, cordial and very helpful. The dinners we had were really good. The seabass petals, ravioli and lemon shell with liquorice and caramel were our favourites The breakfast was also enjoyable, the staff being very attentive. Would certainly stay there next time in Naples

Romeo ataff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The facility was amazing we booked the wellness room and were blown away by the amenities in it. Our stay was relaxing. The food at restaurant and breakfast was very good (a little pricey). We will definatley be back!
