The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to have a late check out. Also they were extremely kind to give my husband a complimentary birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

Great hotel in a great location. The service was exceptional. The suite was very comfy and the breakfast was one of the best breakfast menus and buffet that I had in Italy. The spa was fantastic too. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. You can arrive directly at the hotel by water taxi. It’s brand new, beautifully designed, and furnished with top-quality materials. The service is exceptional, truly first-class. The view from the room of the canal looks like something from a postcard. The rooftop terrace is magical — with a glass of wine and such a stunning view, you could sit there for hours and feel like you need nothing more to be happy :) The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from San Marco. At the moment, it would be very hard to find a better hotel in Venice. I truly hope to come back one day.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and a spirit of generosity. The staff was professional and met the standards of such a hotel. The hotel even upgraded our rooms to a higher class, which was a really nice surprise upon arrival. The breakfast was sufficient and of good quality. The private beach was kept clean and the service in the cabanas was without problems. Marco took care of everything we needed in an exemplary manner.
